At Diamgold Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training and education. We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. That is why we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee as outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not entirely satisfied with your enrollment in a Diamgold Academy course or service, you are entitled to a full refund under the conditions detailed below.

2. Eligibility for a Full Refund

To qualify for a full refund based on dissatisfaction, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Limit: Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase date or course commencement date (whichever is earlier).
  • Course Progress Limit: You must not have completed more than 15% of the total course content, or accessed key high-value downloadable resources (such as full course manuals, final project files, or certification materials).
  • Reason for Dissatisfaction: The client must clearly state the reason for dissatisfaction, allowing Diamgold Academy an opportunity to address the concern or deficiency.

3. Exclusions (When a Refund Will Not Be Issued)

A full refund will not be granted in the following scenarios:

  • Beyond the Guarantee Period: Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase or commencement.
  • Significant Course Completion: If the client has accessed or completed more than 15% of the course content.
  • Certification or Completion: If the client has already received a Certificate of Completion, passed a final exam, or attended the final module of an in-person workshop.
  • Dealer License Applications: Fees related to third-party services, government applications, or license processing (e.g., Diamond Dealer License application fees) are non-refundable once the application process has been initiated by the Academy on the client’s behalf.
  • Physical Goods: For services that include physical items (e.g., toolkits, rough diamond samples), the cost of these items, shipping, and a reasonable restocking fee may be deducted from the refund if the goods are not returned in new and resalable condition.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to learn@diamgold.co.za with the subject line: REFUND REQUEST: [Your Course Name].
  2. Provide Details: In the body of the email, include the following information:
    • Your Full Name and Contact Number.
    • The Course Name and Date of Purchase.
    • A detailed, specific reason for your dissatisfaction.

5. Refund Processing

Once your request is received, Diamgold Academy will review it and confirm your eligibility within 7 business days.

  • Access Revocation: Upon approval, your access to the course content and student portal will be immediately terminated.
  • Payment Method: The refund will be processed back to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, bank account) used for the purchase.
  • Timing: Please allow up to 10–14 business days from the date of refund approval for the funds to reflect in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
