Per the Precious Metals Act of 2005, a Refining License application requires several mandatory attachments which we will handle as part of the application fee, including:

  • A detailed Business Plan and Social & Labour Plan (SLP).
  • Documentary proof of technical ability and financial status.
  • Police Clearance and Tax Clearance Certificates.
  • Compliance with National Environmental Management Act (NEMA) requirements.
