• Lease Agreement
• Certified copies of all director’s Identity documents
• Cor 14.3 (CIPC)
• Minutes of Meeting Shareholders
• Shareholder agreement
• Compliance with NEMA (National Environment Management Act)
• Business Plan
• Tax clearance for the company (SARS)
•  Police clearance for all directors of the company (SAPS 365 Costs R160.00 from Local SAPS )
• CV of all directors
• Certificate of Technical Ability
• Proof of Bank Account
